If the website has the functionality it is useful to list the halls so comparisons can easily be made in relation to room types, prices and contract length, and the addition of a filter function can also ease the shortlisting and selection process which is similar to many holiday booking websites and makes the research process much easier.
If this functionality isn’t available a more basic halls price comparison table can be really useful to highlight and compare facilities and costs across a number of different residences to aid shortlisting and further research.
